Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the DHL tracking number. Sometimes, if the order consists of several products, it may be sent in multiple shipments. Once your online order has been processed and payment authorised, you will receive the following messages by e-mail:

Order Confirmation: Confirmation that we have received your order and the order number. You will receive this e-mail a few minutes after completing your order. Delivery information: This information is sent once the order has been processed and is ready for shipment from our warehouse. You will receive a second e-mail containing a DHL tracking number, allowing you to follow your order to its destination. The courier's system may take up to 24 hours to update the shipping information.

We accept most credit/debit cards except American Express. We also accept payments via PayPal and Google Pay. We do not accept payment on delivery, cash on delivery or bank transfer.

Once an order has been placed on our site, it can no longer be cancelled or changed. This is due to the speed with which we process requests in the warehouse. Our Blundstones are made to last. You must take proper care of them so they will last and maintain their original appearance. Please read our guide and follow our advice.

Never dry your boots near a fire or other heat source: you will prevent the leather from hardening, shrinking, cracking, or even coming off the sole. Always let the boots air-dry at room temperature.

Yes, all Blundstone models are unisex and follow the same size scale. The only exception concerns the kids' category, which has a different size scale. The only series designed specifically for women is the Blundstone Women's.

All ankle boots with leather, suede and nubuck uppers are water-resistant. However, if you plan to use them intensively on rainy days, use our Waterproof Spray. On the other hand, the Thermal series boots are completely waterproof, perfect for wearing in the rain or snow. We also recommend using our Waterproof Spray to restore their water repellency and protect them from moisture.

No, we do not offer this service. We know that cobblers offer resoling services. Still, we do not guarantee the same quality and properties as our Blundstone soles.

FIT DIFFERENCES:
The Classic series has a more comfortable fit and is roomier in the toe area than the Originals series, which has a snugger fit. We still suggest choosing the same size for both series.

DIFFERENCES IN THE SOLE:
The sole of the Blundstone Classics features the SPS Max system, providing maximum protection and support for feet, making it more comfortable and warmer than the sole of the Blundstone Originals.

DIFFERENCE IN DESIGN:
The Blundstone Classics have a leather lining, offering more comfort and warmth, while the Originals are fully unlined.

The number inside the circle on the left shows the UK size of the model purchased, while the clock on the right shows the month and year of production.

All Blundstones are suitable for all seasons.
In particular, the Blundstone Active are breathable and lightweight, particularly suitable for spring and summer.
For winter, we suggest Blundstone Thermal, Classics and All Terrain.

We recommend the Blundstone All Terrain with its Vibram® sole for more demanding trekking. Thanks to its excellent grip and self-cleaning lugs, it is designed for the most challenging terrain.

Soap can stain your Blundstone leather. It cannot be removed simply with a soft cloth and water. Your only option is to have the boots recoloured by a cobbler, using polish or leather cleaner. The stain cannot be removed, but it will be minimised, and the colour of the boot will be permanently altered.

The same applies to other stains, such as oil or wine.

When you want to use any leather cleaning or polishing product on Blundstones, we recommend testing it on a small, hidden area before applying it to the whole boot.

For Blundstone Rustic Brown or Rustic Black, please remember that the boots’ typical 'speckled' colouration will be lost if recoloured.

Although the soles of Blundstone Lug Boot are derived from our Work & Safety range, Blundstone Lug Boots are not considered safety boots.

We do not currently sell safety models.

The Blundstone Lug Boot is one of the brand's most durable models, suitable for different types of terrain. The soles of the Blundstone Lug Boot are rubber and have deep grooves specially designed to increase friction and prevent the shoe from slipping. The midsole is polyurethane, while the insole offers maximum comfort thanks to XRD® technology in the foot arch and heel, providing optimum shock absorption and cushioning.

The waxed suede ankle boots are even more water-resistant than the suede models.

Blundstones will become softer over time if worn for a couple of months. We recommend that you turn to a cobbler to shape them if you need more.

When you buy a half-size Blundstone boot, the insole is precisely the same size as the full size. So where is the difference? Our half sizes have a more comfortable fit than the full sizes. So, if you have a larger foot or a wider sole, we suggest a half size up.

Each Blundstone model fits slightly differently. For example, Blundstone Classics fit more comfortably fit and adapt to the foot faster than Blundstone Originals.

Also, please note that Blundstone's half numbers refer to the width of the sole, not the length. Therefore, by adding half a number more to yours (e.g. from 39 to 39.5), you will achieve a more comfortable fit in terms of width, but the length of the model will remain the same.

RETURNS PROCESSING TIME
We accept requests for returns of orders on the site within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
You can drop off your parcel at any DHL Service Point within 5 (five) days of receiving the prepaid return label. If you have requested a home pick-up, you must give the courier the parcel on the agreed date and time.

CONDITIONS OF THE ITEM
The item must be intact, not be used or damaged. It must be returned with the tag and in its original packaging in good condition. If these conditions are unmet, the item will be rejected and returned to the sender. Altered or worn items will not be accepted.

RETURN COSTS
The return cost is €10 to cover the return shipping cost and the creation of the shipping label. This charge is deducted from the order refund; however, the charge does not apply for products damaged on delivery or receipt of items other than the one ordered. A fee of equivalent to €10 is charged in all other currencies, depending on the local exchange rate.

Once the returns reach the warehouse and pass quality control, the refund process begins. Typically, refund times range from 7 to 12 working days from acceptance of the return, i.e. from when the product is deemed fit for return after quality control. It may take up to two weeks for the bank or credit card issuer to authorise the re-credit after processing the refund. The refund is made to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process a return without the original proof of purchase.

We currently do not offer an exchange service for size or colour changes. You must return your order by entering your request on the returns portal.

To facilitate correct and easy handling of returns, please refrain from returning items from different orders in the same package. Please print a return label and apply it to the outer packaging of each parcel containing the items to be returned. Once the correctly labelled packages have been returned, the warehouse will identify the returned items and process the refund. Once you have entered your request on the returns portal, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing the DHL prepaid return label. You will find the DHL tracking number on the label, which allows you to track your return directly on the DHL website.

If you receive an item other than the one you ordered, you can return it at no extra cost.

Supposing a returned product does not pass quality control because it does not meet the conditions set out in our returns policy, the item will be returned to the sender. For a return to be accepted, the item must be intact: it must not be used or damaged, must have the original tags and include all original accessories in good condition. If these conditions are not satisfied, the return will be refused.
