The delivery of the purchased products takes place on average within 5 working days from the order when shipping to Italy or within the EU, and within 8 days for all other destinations. Delivery times may be subject to delays in case of local holidays. Carriers do not deliver on holidays and weekends.

If you have received a damaged, non-compliant or defective product, you can request the replacement or refund of the item within and no later than 2 (two) months from discovery.
